人民胜利渠泥沙处理与资源利用途径

摘　　要：针对人民胜利渠运用以来灌区泥沙大量淤积,严重影响灌区生产效益与生态环境、制约灌区经济发展的现状,基于现有泥沙资源利用技术以及泥沙远距离输送技术,提出了人民胜利渠的泥沙处理措施与资源利用途径:首先,开展原沉沙池内泥沙资源利用,恢复渠首沉沙池生机,使其泥沙资源利用良性运转;其次,对于经沉沙池处理后的细泥沙,实施浑水灌溉入田改土;最后,建立泥沙处理与利用有机结合的运行机制,实现人民胜利渠粗细沙的合理沉积和利用,实现灌区可持续发展。For the status of sediments deposited numerously in irrigation area since the People ＇ s Victory Canal used, production efficiency and eco- logical environment were seriously affected, and the economic development was restricted. Based on the sediment utilization and long-distance transportation, some ways of sediment treatment and utilization were put forward in the People＇s Victory Canal and as followings： firstly, to carry out sediment utilization in the original head settling basin which should be back to life so that the healthy mechanism of sediment utilization can work; secondly, to develop muddy water irrigation to change soil through fine sand after settling basin; thirdly, to establish the organic combined operation mechanism to achieve the reasonable deposition of sand and the sustainable development of irrigation area.
