摘　　要：本文以历届全运会和全国甲A排球联赛中进入前八名的女排球队成绩及其所代表的单位为主要研究对象,从量化的角度分析了新中国女子竞技排球的发展格局及特征,并对优势代表队的成功经验进行分析总结,为我国女子竞技排球的再度辉煌与可持续发展提供理论参考。Focusing on the respective top eight teams of all the National Games and the National Volleyball League A Matches i the paper does a quantitative research on the characteristics and developing pattern of the women com- petitive volleyball in China. The results indicate that the suecessful experiences of dominant teams on those two na- tional games would provide some profound implications for the sustainable development of China＇ s women compet- itive volleyball.
