摘　　要：目的探索在三甲医院中医护人员及患者对药学服务模式的需求特点,以及对药师具体工作的意见和态度。方法问卷调查我院医护人员和患者对药师及药学服务的认识。结果医药市场的混乱状况及不规范用药、各群体对药学服务有强大需求。结论医护人员、患者对药师的工作和药学服务模式提出较高的希望和要求。加强药师与患者及临床科室的沟通,引导患者向药师咨询用药等方面的问题实属迫切和必须。Objective Investigation current situation of pharmacy service and analysis how to improve service levels of pharmacist. Methods Questionnaire survey on medical professionals and suffers in Guangzh0u top three hospitals. Results There are strong requirement for pharmacy service, including irregular taking medicine, chaos of drugs market. Conclusion Improving levels of pharmacy service is necessary and urgent, these methods are practicable, including,enhancing communicating between pharmacists and clinical doctors, guiding suffers to inquire pharmacists.
