摘　　要：指出绿色生态住区的开发有明显的社会经济效应,以河北省秦皇岛市为例,分析了其开发绿色生态住区的可行性,阐述了秦皇岛市绿色生态住区的规划设计思路,并对该类项目的开发提出建议,以指导实践。The paper points out the development of the green ecological residential area has obvious social and economic effect, analyzes the fea- sibility of the development of the green ecological residential area by taking Qinhuangdao of Hebei as the example, illustrates the planning design ideas for the green ecological residential area in Qinhuangdao, and points out some suggestions for the program, so as to direct the practice.
