摘　　要：对底层框架砖房的结构特点进行了分析,提出底层框架砖房抗震鉴定时需要注意的几个方面,并结合一栋建筑物抗震鉴定实例,介绍了底层框架砖房抗震鉴定的具体过程,以期指导工程实践。The paper analyzes the structural features of the masonry structure supported by the frame, points out some attentive aspects in the seismic evaluation of the masonry structure supported by the frame, and introduces the factual process of the seismic evaluation of the masonry structure supported by the frame by taking the seismic evaluation of some building as the example, so as to direct the engineering practice.
