摘　　要：以呼和浩特市2011年城区道路改造工程中存在的问题为研究对象,从市政道路施工管理层面出发,深入分析市政道路施工管理的问题与不足,并给出一些建议,为今后该城市道路工程施工管理提供了宝贵意见。Taking the problems in the reconstruction of urban roads of Hohhot in 2011 as the research object, the paper has the deep analysis of some problems and shortages in the construction management of municipal roads from the construction management of municipal roads, and pro- vides some suggestions, so as to provide some suggestions for the construction management of the road project of Hohhot in future.
