摘　　要：企业中大型新产品研发时会产生众多项目立项,由此造成业务流程多变、项目管理混乱。针对此类问题,提出一种基于特征匹配的项目工作流程管理方法。方法首先建立了面向对象的项目特征模型,之后对项目业务流程进行了规则表示,并建立了业务流程规则库。在此基础上,通过匹配搜索进行规则的筛选,以此建立项目与业务流程之间的关系,从而实现了为项目自动建立其业务流程的目的。根据以上方法,开发出一套项目工作流管理系统,并应用于某飞机设计研究院的项目管理中,应用结果表明该系统可以极大减少项目管理成本,提高工作效率。In a company, the establishment of many projects always follows the development of a large-scale product, so that it makes the working procedure ever-changing and project management in disorder. As for this kind of problems, this paper presents a method for the project working procedure management based on feature matching. The method is used, first of all, to construct an object - oriented feature model of the project, and then represent the rules of project business process and create the rule database. Based on the model and rule database, the rule is selected by matching search to set up the relationship between the project and working procedure, thus the working procedure is achieved automatically for the project. With the method above, the project management system is developed , which is applied in a certain aircraft design and research institute. The cost of project management is reduced significantly and the working efficiency is improved.
