摘　　要：以C8051F340单片机为控制核心,采用24位模数转换芯片AD7714,设计了一台高精度自动量程数字万用表。除具备万用表基本测量功能外,还具有自动量程转换功能和频率测量功能,并且可以自动对测得的数据进行数字校准。通过实验测试,系统满足设计要求,具有高精度、高可靠性等特点,有很好的实际应用价值。This paper takes C8051 F340 single chip as the central controller and uses 24bit A/D converter chip AD7714 to design a automatic scaling-range digital multimeter with high accuracy. Except for basic measuring function of a multimeter, it can be used to shift measuring range automatically and measure frequency＇ s value, as well as calibrate those measured numbers automatically. Through the test, it is verified that this multimeter can fulfill the requirements of the design, high accuracy, reliability and practical application.
