摘  要:为更真实地反映高速机构的动平衡状态,建立了机械系统的等效运动模型,研究了系统等效转动惯量与输入转速波动的关系,进一步分析出输入转速波动的增大会恶化机构的动平衡状态。以一个典型曲柄滑块机构及其平衡机构为例,从增大系统等效转动惯量和降低等效转动惯量波动两个方面分别讨论了降低输入转速波动的可能性。分析结果表明,通过附加运动构件来增大系统等效转动惯量对降低输入转速波动及改善动平衡状态具有更好的可操作性。该结果为研究机构实现动平衡效果和进一步提高动平衡设计提供了理论依据。In order to reflect the actual dynamic balancing status of high-speed mechanisms, the equivalent kinematic model of mechanical system is established. The relationship between equivalent moment of inertia and the input speed fluctuation is investigated. The amplification of input speed fluctuation to exacerbate the dynamic balancing status is analysed. The possibility of reducing the input speed fluctuation by magnifying equivalent moment of inertia or decreasing its fluctuation is analyzed by taking a typical slider-crank mechanism with its balancing mechanism as an instance. The result shows that:it is more applicable to minish the input speed fluctuation and to optimize the dynamic balancing by adding moving components which can be used to increase the equivalent moment of inertia. The results provide a theoretical basis for researching the actual dynamic balance status and further improving the balancing design of high-speed mechanism.
