摘 要:为构建食蟹猴T2DM进程序列模型,将36只食蟹猴分为4组,分别采用标准基础膳食和高能量膳食(高糖膳食、高脂膳食和高糖高脂膳食)进行诱导,每6个月测量体重、血液生化指标、口服糖耐量和尿检试验。结果显示,高能量膳食组的血糖、血脂水平与初期相比,都有显著升高。其中高糖组的T2DM发病进程较快,高糖高脂组的发病进程相对较慢,但发病进程大致相同。在T2DM临床期之前,不同膳食组在相同发病阶段血脂水平存在差异,至临床期差异消失。根据结果可得,不同膳食成分的高能量膳食均能诱发食蟹猴T2DM进程序列模型,该序列模型是模拟自发型糖尿病发病机理构建的较理想T2DM动物模型。A total 36 cynomolgus were used to induce the process model of type 2 diabetes(T2DM) by feeding with standard basic feed,high-sugar,high-fat and both high-sugar & fat diet,respectively,for 24 months.The development and progression of T2DM were monitored through body weight,blood biochemical index,oral glucose tolerance and urinalysis test every six months.The results showed that the level of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglycercide(TG),cholesterin(CHO),high density lipoprotein cholesterin(HDL) and low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL) of cynomolgus in high-energy groups were significantly higher than that in the initial individuals.The time when high-sugar objects had clinical symptoms was earlier than that in other high-energy ones,there were still no sample in clinical phase of the both high-sugar & fat groups.The levels of serum lipids for different dietary groups were different in the same phase,but they were basically the same in clinical phases.In conclusion,this method to induce the T2DM process model of cynomolgus by high-energy diet was feasible.
