乌鲁木齐市866例男性不育症患者禁欲时间与精液质量分析

摘　　要：目的探讨男性不育症患者禁欲时间对精液质量的影响。方法对乌鲁木齐866名男性不育症患者供精者精液常规分析记录的精液量、精子总数、精子密度、前向运动精子(a%)、精子活力[(a+b)%]、精子活率等进行精液质量分析,依据禁欲时间分为4组,即禁欲时间<2d(A组)、2～4d(B组)、5～7d(C组)、>7d(D组)。结果 (1)精液量:A组与B组、C组、D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)精子密度:A组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)精子总数:A组与C组、D组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)a%:A组与B组、C组、D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(5)(a+b)%和精子活率:D组与B组、C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论禁欲时间对精液参数有一定的影响,禁欲时间>7d,a%、(a+b)%及精子活率最低,精子总数数值最高,而精液量、精子密度在5～7d时最高。Objective To analyze the influence of the abstinence time on the sperm quality.Methods The research based on the routine analysis about sperm quality by the 866 male′s semen sample,including semen volume,TFSC,sperm concentration,a%,sperm motility,sperm motility rate and etc.Results According to the abstinence time that the result will separate by the 4 groups： Group A： abstinence time 2 d,Group B： abstinence time 2~4 d,Group C： abstinence time 5~7 d,Group D： abstinence time 7 d.The research results showed that difference between the Group A and Group B,Group C,Group D（P0.05）,have comparative difference with statistically significant by the sperm volume.between the Group A and Group C（P0.05）,there have comparative difference with statistically significant by the sperm concentration.between the Group A and Group C and Group D（P0.05）,there have comparative difference with statistically significant by the sperm concentration;between the Group A and Group B,Group C,Group D（P0.05）,there have comparative difference with statistically significant by the a%;between the Group D and Group B,Group C（P0.05）,there have comparative difference with statistically significant by the sperm motility.Conclusion Celibacy effects of time on the semen parameters to a certain extent,Abstinence time 7 d,the higher the number with sperm concentration,a%,（a＋b）% and lower sperm motility,and Semen volume,sperm density,the higher the number,there was a peak in 5~7 d.
