咽鼓管吹张法治疗咽鼓管功能障碍患者的疗效及护理措施

摘　　要：目的探讨咽鼓管吹张法治疗咽鼓管功能障碍患者的疗效和护理措施。方法采用咽鼓管吹张法对新疆医科大学第一附属医院门诊耳鼻喉科122例咽鼓管功能障碍患者进行治疗和护理,分析治疗效果和护理操作过程中的操作方法、操作技巧及注意事项。结果 122例咽鼓管功能障碍患者治愈89例,好转25例,无效8例,总有效率93%。结论咽鼓管吹张法操作简单,对患者损伤小,有效率高,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the curative effect and nursing measures of eustachian tube insufflation treatment in eustachian tube dysfunction.Methods The data of 122 patients with eustachian tube obstruction in the ENT out patient department（OPD） of the First Affliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University was collected.They were treated with eustachian tube insufflation treatment.Analyzed the treatment effectiveness and methods,technique and announcements in the process of nursing.Results Among the 122 patients,89 cases were totally cured,25 cases were improved,8 cases were totally ineffective.The overall cure rate was 93%.Conclusion Eustachian tube insufflation has clinical value,because it is easy to manipulate,minimally invasive and also it has high cure rate.
