两种不同H_2R拮抗剂抗疟作用的比较

摘　　要：本实验观察了两种不同组胺H2R拮抗剂西米替丁（Cimetidine，CMD）与法莫替丁（Famotidine．FAM）对体外培养恶性疟原虫的影响。在体外培养条件下．当CMD的浓度为5×10－6～4×10－2mol／L时，具有明显的杀灭或抑制其生长的作用；而FAM各浓度组（5×10－7～4×10－2mol／L）对体外培养恶性疟原虫的生长抑制作用不明显。由此推断西米替丁的抗疟效应可能不是通过组织胺H2R的拮抗作用。Two kinds of antagonists of histamine-2 receptor (H2R), Cimitiding (CMD) & Famotiding (FAM), was tested on P. falciparum iu vitro. The results suggested that CMD could inhibit and even kill the parasites at the dossage of 5 ×10 - 6mol／L~ 4 ×10 - 2mol/L. But FAM had not any effects on the growth of P. falciparum in vitro. It is supposed that the inhibitory effects of CMD on P. falciparum is irrelevant to antagonising H2R.
