闭合性腹部损伤并小肠破裂98例诊治体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨闭合性腹部损伤并小肠破裂的早期诊治．提高治愈率，减少死亡率。方法：对98例患者根据不同伤情而采取简单、快速、细致、有效、先止血后修补的原则。结果：98例按上述原则处理，治愈97例，治愈率99．1％，死亡1例．死亡率0．9％．取得满意疗效。结论：早期正确的诊断．及时手术探查处理是救治成功的关键。objective:To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injury combined with small intestinal rupture for increasing the cure rate and reducing the death rate. Methods: According to the injury degree. 98 cases were operated on principle of simple, rapid. meticulous, effective and stopping bleeding first and mending later. Results:97 cases were cured. The cure rate was 99. 1%. one patient died. The death rate was 0. 9 %. The curative effect was satisfying. Couclusions: To produce a correct diagnosis as soon as possibal and perform operative exploration in time are the key factors of curing these patients successfully.
