摘 要:应用有限元分析计算软件建立摩托车车架有限元模型,进行了结构静强度分析、模态分析、改进前后对比分析和应力测试实验,提出了车架结构优化改进方案。分析结果显示,改进后车架整体应力值有所下降,上横梁管与加强板连接处应力集中现象得到很大改善,车架整体变形量较改进前减小,具有良好的减振效果,舒适性较好。通过对车架这一摩托车关键部件的有限元分析和结构优化改进,为摩托车的开发设计打下了坚实的随机动态仿真基础,摩托车的整体设计将依托这一基础,应用计算机辅助工业设计进行三维数据模型建立、验证和修改,可以大大缩短工作流程,提高工作效率和数字化集成水平。The research and application of finite element analysis software to establish the motorcycle frame finite element model, the structural static strength analysis, modal analysis, improvement of before and after comparison and stress test, puts forward the frame structure optimization improvement scheme. Analysis results show that, the improved frame whole stress value decreased, upper beam tube and the reinforcing plate joints stress concentration phenomenon can be improved greatly, the overall deformation of frame than the unimproved decreases, has a good damping effect, better comfort. According to the motorcycle frame finite element analysis of key components and structure optimization for motorcycle design and development, laying a solid foundation for random dynamic simulation, motorcycle overall design will be relying on this basis, the application of computer aided industrial design3D data model establishment, validation and modification, can greatly reduce the work flow, improve the work efficiency and the integrated level.
