摘 要:在3.5m×3m的小室内,采用煤油模拟油池火,进行细水雾灭火模拟试验,运用fluent研究小室内的温度场分布和雾滴在腔室中的运动及其与火源的相互作用,其结果表明:火灾发生10s后,火场基本达到稳定,喷嘴开始响应,故随时间的推移,右侧温度降低较快,左侧温度几乎保持不变,而水滴的冷却能力有限,故模拟最后仍存在一个墙壁羽流。在高温条件下,粒径较小的水滴蒸发,粒径较大的水滴向左运动。Fluent能很好的模拟水滴与高温烟气的相互作用。Chamber of 3.5mx3m, using kerosene simulated pool fire, doing water mist fire suppression simulations, in the experiment using fluent study the temperature field distribution and the movement of the water mist in the chamber and its interaction with fire source, the results show that: fire happen after 10 s, when the fire reaches stabilization and the nozzle begin to response. So with the passage of time, the right temperature decreased rapidly in the left side of the temperature almost unchanged. Water mist cooling ability is limited, so it still has a simulated finally wall plumes. In the high temperature conditions, particle size smaller water mist evaporate, and particle size of large water mist move to the left of the chamber. Fluent can be well simulated droplets with high temperature flue gas interaction.
