摘　　要：自GMDSS实施以来,探索出科学有效的教学模式,在有限的时间内培养出合乎要求的GMDSS普操员,一直是各海员培训学校的重要研究课题。针对这一点,本文探讨了目前培训模式中存在的问题,明确了课改的切入点,并提出了一种新的培训实施方案。Since the implementation of GMDSS, it has become the main research subject for the seafarer training schools to seek for scientific and effective teaching mode and to cultivate qualified GMDSS operators within limited time. For these purposes, this paper is conducted to discuss the problems of present training mode, to specify the starting points of course reformation, and to propose a completely new training plan.
