达乌尔黄鼠对溴敌隆灭鼠剂抗药性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究达乌尔黄鼠是否对第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂具有抗药性以及抗药程度,为继续使用第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂灭鼠提供可靠的科学依据。方法通过摄食试验,以世界卫生组织(WHO)提供的方法,在食毒期内,筛选出抗药性黄鼠,计算抗性系数。结果达乌尔黄鼠对溴敌隆敏感本底测定最适宜的剂量为4.87 mg/kg,食毒期为20 d,抗性系数为0.24。结论达尔黄鼠对溴敌隆只存在轻微的抗药性,在今后的灭鼠中可以使用。Objectives To study whether the spermophilus daurian have resistance to the second generation anticoagulant rodenticide and its resistance level, to provide reliable scientific basis for continually using the second generation anticoagulant rodenticide. Methods Resistant Spermophilus danrian in poison feeding period were selected with feeding test by using the methods of WHO and resistance coefficient was calculated . Results The optimal dose of bromadiolone was 4.87mg/kg and poison feeding period was 20 days and resistance coefficient was 0.24. Conclusions The Spermophilus daurian only has slight resistance to bromadiolone and bromadiolone can be used in future deratization.
