摘　　要：目的探讨NAH个体化治疗方案及微机软件在白城市53个社区对高血压人群中的防治应用。方法采用NAH个体化方案与普通治疗高血压方法进行对比分析[1],观察2周、3周、3个月不同阶段的疗效[2]。结果高血压普通疗法与NAH治疗方法对比分析后,经不同阶段高血压的治疗率和控制率有显著性差异(P<0.01),NAH个体化治疗方案明显优越于普通治疗高血压方法和疗效[3]。结论 NAH治疗方法能够在短期内使社区高血压患者的治疗率和控制率明显提高,同时采用物理学原理换算血压值是提前预防高血压的新模式,可作为高血压治疗和控制的新方法[4]。Objective Discussion on NAH individualized treatment plan and computer software in 53 communities in Baicheng city on Hypertension Crowd Control Application. Methods NAH individualization scheme and general treatment of hypertension were compared and analyzed, observed curative effect at 2 week, 3 week, 3 month at different stages. Results Comparative analy- sis of hypertension ordinary treatment and NAH method at different stages, hypertension treatment and control rates had significant difference（ P 〈0.01）, NAH individualized treatment plan was obviously superior to the general treatment of hypertension meth- ods and curative effect. Conclusion This method can make the treatment and control rates of community patients with hyperten- sion increased significantly in a short - term, while using the principles of physics conversion blood pressure value is a new mode of early prevention of hypertension, it can be used as a new method for hypertension treatment and control.
