摘  要:采用气相色谱法(火焰光度检测器)检测血浆中有机磷农药的含硫代谢产物。经过相关的前处理及检测方法的优化后,血浆中有机磷的含硫代谢产物二乙基硫代磷酸酯和二乙基二硫代磷酸酯线性良好,杂质干扰少,回收率分别为92.46%和98.10%,日内精密度分别为0.37%和0.23%。检出限分别为5.0μg/L和1.0μg/L。经实际样品分析,证明该分析方法操作简便、准确可靠、灵敏度较高。Sulfur-containing dialkylphosphates involving DETP and DEDTP in human plasma was determined by gas Chromatography-flame photometric detector. Human plasma was twice extracted with diethyl ether and acetonitrile ( 1 : 1 ) , evaporated and derived with pentafluorobenzylbromide at 40℃ for 4 h. Dibutylphosphate was served as internal standard. Direct analysis was carried out by gas chromatography with a flame photometric detector. By opti- mizing the methods of the related pretreatment and determination, the results below were achieved. The method of determinating diethyl thiophosphrate and diethyl dithiophosphrate was with well linear and less disturbed. The recoveries for two metabolites were 92.46% and 98.10%. The RSD in the day of DETP and DEDTP was 0. 37% and 0.23%. The limits of detection was separately 5.0 ug/L and 1.0 ug/L. The analysis of practical samples showed that the method was simple and exactly monitoring organophosphorus pesticides with high sensitivity.
