右心缘弧形重叠影的影像学分析

摘　　要：探讨右心缘弧形重叠影的影像学表现及其意义。方法 对197例DR和CT图像进行影像学对比分析,结合病史、心脏彩超检查和病理结果 等资料确定右心缘弧形重叠影形成原因。结果 共显示“弧形”239个,原因为：正常左心房173例,正常下腔静脉41例,降主动脉扭曲4例,心膈角、纵隔脂肪堆积2例,右后下纵隔内病变1例,食管裂孔疝3例,右肺下叶后基底段病变3例,纵隔淋巴结肿大8例,胸椎下部病变4例。结论 胸部DR图像右心缘弧形重叠影多为正常生理结构,少数为病变。Objective To study the imaging manifestations and its significance of arch overlapping shadow on right heart margin. Methods The anatomical and pathological formations of arch overlapping shadow on right heart margin were decided by imaging a- nalysis （DR and CT） in 197 patients in combination with clinical history, the results of cardiac ultrasound examination and pathologi cal results. Results 239 arch shodows on right cardiac margins were found by chest DR and CT in 197 patients. The formations of these shadows were identified by the normal left atrium in 173 cases, inferior vena cava in 41 cases, descending aorta distortion in 4： cases, fat accumulation at the pericardium and mediastinum in 2 cases, lesion at right lower posterior mediastinum in 1 case, hiatal hernia in 3 cases, the puImonary lesions in lower lobe of the right lung in 3 cases, mediastinal lymph node enlargement in 8 cases and the lesions of lower thoracic spine in 4 cases. Conclusion The arch overlapping shadows on right heart margin on DR images are mainly formed by normal physical structures, but a few by the disorders.
