摘　　要：随着我国经济体制改革和医疗卫生体制的不断深入,我国的公立医院将面临新的形势。文章从医疗改革、公立医院法人治理结构和医疗服务供给三个方面进行分析,运用SWOT分析法对我国公立医院的现状进行探讨,进而提出三种可供选择的发展对策。With deepening of the reform in economic reform system and medical reform in our country. The public hospitals are facing a new situation. This paper analyzes three fields： medical reform, public hospitals corporate governance structure and medical service. Therefore, the author analyzes the present situation of public hospitals by SWOT methods, and then puts forward three alternative development countermeasures.
