摘　　要：医学科技计划绩效评价是当今医学科技计划管理的热点。文章回顾了国内外有关科技计划绩效评价方面的研究,并结合医学科技发展趋势和科研特点,对医学科技计划绩效评价的产生与发展、评价指标体系的构建等进行了文献综述,从中发现研究不足,提出改进思路。The performance evaluation of medical science and technology plan is one of the hot spots of current medical science and technology plan management. This paper reviews some basic theories and studies on performance evaluation of science and technology plan in domestic and overseas, which combined with medical development trend and scientific research characteristic. It summarizes the production and development of performance evaluation of medical science and technology and the establishment of evaluation index system. The writer finds the shortages of the research and puts forward improvement thinking eventually.
