巴西剑麻与国产剑麻的改性处理及基本性能研究

摘　　要：采用氯漂处理和碱液煮练的方法对巴西剑麻和国产剑麻进行改性处理,以改善剑麻纤维的柔软性和提高剑麻纤维的可纺性,并对处理后纤维的线密度和强力等进行测试.结果表明,碱液煮练处理效果较好,且国产剑麻在碱液煮练处理中碱浓度配置较大,巴西剑麻则需减半.In order to improve the flexibility and spinnability of the sisal fibre,Brazilian sisal and domestic sisal were modified by using chlorine bleaching processing and lye boiling treatment,the linear density and tensile properties of the sisal fibre were detected after treatment.The results show that the effect of lye boiling treatment is good and the different sisal fibre need the different lye concentration in this processing.It has also been found that the lye concentration used on domestic sisal is more than Brazilian sisal,on which the lye concentration gradually reduced in half.
