摘 要:储层保护技术是油气田科学高效开发的关键因素之一。针对吉林油田火山岩气藏的潜在伤害因素,研制了经济适用的低伤害无固相压井液体系,密度在1.2~1.5 g/cm3之间连续可调,耐温高达180℃,配方采用的降滤失剂、增黏剂、缓蚀剂等均为生物降解性能好的环保型材料。该体系性能稳定、流动性和抑制性好,对岩心渗透率伤害率低,对地层伤害程度小,同时结合应用一体化完井工艺技术,简化了施工工序。室内实验与现场应用表明,该套技术减少了完井投产过程中储层的损害程度,较好地保护了气井原始产能,具有一定的推广与应用价值。Reservoir protection is one of the key factors for efficient development of oil and gas fields. For the potential harm factors on the volcanic gas reservoirs in Jilin oilfield,an economical low-damage clay-free kill fluid system has been developed,with adjustable density between 1.2~1.5 g/cm3 and temperature resistance up to 180℃. The fluid loss additive,viscosifying agent,corrosion inhibitor and so on used in the system are all biodegradable and environmental friendly. This system has good stability,flowability and inhibition,and is low damage to core permeability as well as reservoir. In addition,with the application of integrated completion string,the operation process has been simplified. Both indoor tests and field applications indicate that these techniques have reduced reservoir damage and protected initial productivity of gas wells,and are worthy of being popularized.
