外科糖尿病病人术后胰岛素给药途径的研究

摘　　要：为探讨普外科糖尿病病人术后胃肠外营养期间胰岛素最佳给药途径 ,选择 15例病人 ,采用自身对照的方法 ,每例分别用 3L袋经静脉、微量泵经静脉、微量泵经皮下 3种方法 ,输入固定液体 ,进行用药前、用药后 1/2、1、2、3、4h内血糖间差异显著性检验和差异的两两比较 ,发现微量泵经静脉组用药比静脉 3L袋组和皮下组用药术后血糖更趋于平稳。提示微量泵经静脉为外科糖尿病病人术后胰岛素最佳给药途径。To find the best way of administering insulin for diabetics with total parentral nutrition after surgery,15 auto-controlled patients were studied.Insulin intake was vein 3L pocket、 vein micropump and subcutanous micropump subsequently.The blood glucose concentration was surveryed during pre-insulin administration and 1/2、1、2、3、4 hours after insulin administration.The difference of each method was compared.The results showed that blood glucose of vein micropump group was more steady than the other two groups,which suggest that via vein micropump group may be the best way to administer insulin for diabetic after surgery.
