摘　　要：应释疑矿产资源开发整合中"国进民退"的困惑;制衡矿产资源开发整合利益相关方的诉求;打造矿产资源开发整合公正开放的市场运行规则;增强国有矿产企业开发整合的内在功力;打击矿产资源开发整合中的违法行为;平衡政府整合矿产资源开发的"有为"与"越位",寻求矿产资源开发整合模式的转型创新。This paper mainly introduces some methods for mitigating the risk of mineral exploration and integration,these include:clearing up doubts in 'literally the state advances as the private sector retreats';checking and balancing the appeal and choice of interested parties;building fair and open market operation rules;enhancing intrinsic capability of state-owned mineral enterprises;struggling against illegal behaviors;balancing the 'promising' and 'offside' of the government;exploring integrated mode and transformation innovation.
