摘　　要：随着中原经济区建设上升为国家发展战略,作为农业大省,河南的城镇化关乎中原经济区乃至中国城镇化进程。面对城镇化水平低、"三农"问题突出和经济基础较差等问题,探索一条推进新型城镇化的路子意义重大。实践表明,农村土地综合整治是推进城乡一体化的切入点,是统筹城乡发展的结合点,也是以新型城镇化为引领的"三化"协调发展的重要平台和途径。总结推进新型城镇化的四种模式,分析面临的主要问题,提出解决问题的途径和措施,对加快推进新型城镇化发展具有指导意义。As a major agricultural province,urbanization in Henan is about the urbanization process not only in economic zone of central China but also the whole country.This paper argues that exploring a new way to promote urbanization has significance in the face of low level of urbanization,very serious problems with regard to the country,the agriculture and the farmer,and poor economic foundation.Practice shows that the comprehensive improvement of rural land is the pointcut for promoting the integration of urban and rural,and the conjoint point for seeking a balanced and coordinated development between urban and rural areas;it is also an important platform and way for coordinated development of new-type urbanization which is dominated,new industrialization,and new type of agricultural modernization.We should sum up the four patterns for promoting new urbanization,analyze the main issue we face,and suggest measures.
