内蒙古中部油页岩资源特征及发展前景——以乌拉特后旗为例

摘　　要：油页岩是固体可燃有机矿产,低温干馏可获得页岩油,属非常规油气资源。经勘查,乌拉特后旗油页岩主要赋矿层位为下白垩统巴彦花组第二段,估算全区油页岩资源量达300亿吨以上,资源潜力巨大,极具开发价值;矿层埋藏较浅,地表有大量出露,适于露天开采,开发成本较低。国内油页岩资源开发经验成熟,国家政策大力支持,能源价格持续走高,油页岩资源开发回报丰厚等条件决定了乌拉特后旗油页岩资源可以被充分利用,进而实现经济效益最大化。Oil shale is a solid combustible organic mineral,and shale oil can be obtained through low temperature carbonization,which belongs to unconventional oil and gas resource.This paper focuses on the oil shale in Wulatehouqi,it points out that the hosting ledge belongs to the second section of lower Cretaceous Baiyanhua group,and oil shale resource throughout the whole district is estimated to reach upwards of 30 billion tons.The potentials of resources in this area are great with development value;it is suitable for open-pit mining with shallow seam and a lot of exposure,and the developing cost is lower.This paper analyses the conditions that oil shale resources can be fully exploited for maximum economy and efficiency:domestic sophisticated experience of exploration of oil shale resources,the powerful support of government,energy prices continued to rise,and rich reward of oil shale resource development.
