摘  要:目的探讨局部应用丝裂霉素C预防大鼠椎板切除术后硬膜外粘连的安全性。方法 48只SD大鼠行L1节段椎板切除术,暴露硬脊膜,术中各组分别以棉片浸透生理盐水(C组)或0.7mg/ml(H组)、0.5mg/ml(M组)、0.3mg/ml(L组)的MMC,置于裸露的硬脊膜后方5分钟。分别测定实验动物手术前、后的热板痛阈、BBB评分、斜板试验、体感诱发电位潜伏期,进行安全性评价。结果各组动物行椎板切除手术前、后的痛阈、后肢功能、体感诱发电位潜伏期差异无统计学意义﹙>0.05﹚。结论在椎板切除术中局部应用0.7mg/ml或较低浓度的MMC,对大鼠的痛觉、运动、神经传导功能的无明显影响,该方法具有良好的安全性。Objective To investigate the security of topical application mitomycin C (MMC) in preventing posflami- nectomy peridural adhesion in rats. Methods Laminectomy was performed at L1 in 48 rats, cotton pads soaked either with 0.7mg/ml (group H), 0.5mg/ml (group M), 0.3mg/ml (group L) MMC or saline (group C) were filled into the operative sites for five minutes. Before and after surgery, the pain threshold BBB score, inclined plane test, latency som- atosensory evoked potentials were tested in each group to evaluate the safety of the method. Results Before and after sur- gery, rats in each group after laminectomy topical application of different concentrations of MMC, the pain threshold, hind limb function, latency somatosensory evoked potentials in each group had no significant difference ( P〉0.05) Con- elusion Topical application of 0.7mg/ml or lower concentration of MMC in the rat laminectomy has no significant effect on the rat's pain, exercise, nerve conduction, the method has good security.
