摘  要:采用凝胶燃烧法制备了粒径为100nm~300nm的Zn_(1-x)Ni_xO(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04)纳米粉末.使用SEM、XRD、荧光分光光度计对产物的结构、形貌及光学性能进行表征.研究结果表明,氧化锌中镍的最大掺杂量为x=0.03,超出以后会析出氧化镍晶体.随着镍掺杂量的增加,镍掺杂氧化锌的紫外吸收限发生红移,能带宽度逐渐降低,紫外光区的吸收减弱而可见光区的吸收增强;镍掺杂氧化锌发射光谱发射峰强度减弱、宽化,并出现一些新的发射峰.Zn1-xNixO(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04) nano-powders about 100nm to 300nm are prepared by sol-gel auto-combustion method.Structural and optical properties of the samples are characterized by XRD,SEM and fluorescence spectrophotometer.It was shown that the maximum of Ni doped content(x) was 0.03 and secondary phase NiO was observed while the Ni doped content(x) exceeded it.In pace with Ni doped content,red shift of ultraviolet absorption limit of Zn1-xNixO was observed and its energy band width was reduced gradually.The absorption of Zn1-xNixO in ultraviolet region was decreased but its absorption in visible region was enhanced.The strength of peak in emission spectroscopy of Zn1-xNixO was weakened and widened,and some new peak was observed.
