内固定治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折患者的围手术期护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨行内固定术治疗不稳定性骨盆骨折患者的围手术期护理对策。方法回顾性分析行内固定术治疗的36例不稳定性骨盆骨折患者的临床资料,术前积极抗休克治疗、心理护理、制动和早期固定护理;术后严密观察生命体征,加强体位、饮食、疼痛、腹胀护理,并指导患者早期功能锻炼。结果 36例患者均Ⅰ期愈合,其中优30例,良4例,可2例,优良率90.9%。结论术前、术后加强监护和有效的护理干预是内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折患者手术成功的重要保证。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures for unstable pelvic fracture patients with internal fixation.Methods The data of 36 cases of pelvic fractures with internal fixation were retrospectively analyzed.Preoperative active anti-shock treatment,psychological nursing and early fixation nursing were used.The postoperative close observation of the vital signs,the management of body posture,diet,pain and abdominal distension and the guidance of patients to get early functional exercise were conducted.Results All the 36 cases recovered at Stage I,with the results of 30 cases being excellent,4 cases being good and 2 cases being fair.The overall good recovery rate was 90.9%.Conclusion Preoperative and postoperative monitoring and nursing intervention are vital to the success of the operations for unstable pelvic fracture patients with internal fixation treatment.
