小儿支原体肺炎血清急性时相蛋白检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿血清前白蛋白(PA)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)在治疗前与抗生素治疗两周后的变化和临床意义。方法检测68例MPP患儿治疗前与抗生素治疗两周后血清CRP、PA的含量,同时与50例健康体检儿的相应检测结果进行比较分析。结果(1)MPP患儿治疗前血清CRP明显高于正常对照组,PA明显低于对照组(P<0.01);(2)MPP患儿治疗后血清CRP明显下降,PA明显升高(P<0.01)。结论测定血清CRP与PA水平的变化可作为支原体感染的指标之一,动态观察MPP患儿的血清CRP与PA水平变化有助于观察MPP疾病的演变和治疗的效果判定。Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum C-reactive protein（CRP）, prealbum（PA） in the children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（MPP）that before and 2 weeks＇ therapy.Methods To measure the levels of serum CRP and PA in 68 children with MPP that before and 2 weeks＇ therapy and those of 50 normal persons ,and to be compared with in the study.Results （1）The levels of serum CRP in the children with MPP before therapy were significantly higher than those in control groups（P〈0.01）and the levels of serum PA were significantly lower than those in control groups（P〈0.01）;（2）The levels of serum CRP that after 2 weeks＇ thetapy were significantly lower than those before therapy（P〈0.01）,and the levels of serum PA that after 2 weeks＇ thetapy were significantly higher than those before therapy（P〈0.01）.Conelusion The changes of serum CRP and PA levels can be considered as one of index for the MPP and dynamic observation of the change of CRP and PA levels is helpful for observation of the develop therapy effect assessment of the MPP.
