摘　　要：蝇蛆繁殖力居昆虫之首,经研究发现蝇蛆不仅蛋白质的含量很高,而且还含有丰富的矿物质、微生物及不饱和脂肪酸。文章从蝇蛆的饲用、药用、食用方面综述了蝇蛆资源利用的研究进展。The fecundity of maggot was accounted for the first of all insects, and it was found that the protein content of maggot is higher than other insects. The maggot was rich in minerals, microbial and unsaturated fatty acid. This paper summarized the research progress of maggot resource utilization from aspects on feeding, medicinal, edible.
