血栓闭塞性脉管炎凝血象变化与血淤实质和寒热辨证的关系

摘　　要：报道47倒脉管炎患者的血栓素B_2(TXB_2)、6—酮—前列腺素F_(1α)和VW因子(VWF)等血淤证血液学指标的测定结果。发现患者TXB_2↑,6—酮-PGF_1α↓,T/K值↑,井VWF↑,Fn,FDP↑,AT一皿↓,说明脉管炎的TXA2-PGI_2失衡,体内促凝物质增多和抗凝物质减少,是血淤证的病理基础,且与寒热辨证有一定关系。The changes of TXB_2, 6--Keto--PGF_1 a, VWF, et al(which are the common indices in the patients of blood stasis) in the 47 patients of thromboangiitis obli- terans) was reported. It was founded that TXB_2, T/K, VWF, Fn, FDP were increased. But 6--Keto--FGF_1 a, AT--Ⅲ were decreased. It might be concluded that the unnomal ratio of TXA_2/PGI_2, the increase of coagulant, decrescence of anticoagulative substance were the pathologic basis of blood stasis syndrome and differentiation of symptoms and signs on cold and heat.
