摘　　要：异基因外周血干细胞移植 (allo -PBSCT)护理具有自身的特点 ,对 5例急性白血病患者外周血异基因干细胞移植进行全程护理 ,用严格谨慎的态度做好层流室无菌环境的维持、导管的护理 ,密切观察病情和并发症 ,及时正确完成治疗。以及对供、受者的心理疏导 ,为移植的成功起到了重要作用。Nursing in allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (allo-PBSCT) had its own character.We nursed five patients with acute leukemia treated by allo-PBSCT.In this course with strict attitude we made the maintaining of the sterile environment of laminar air flow bioclear room (LAFR),caring of the tubes,careful observation of the patients condition and complication,correct completion of the therapy in time and psychological care with the donors and receivers.They are important to succeed in transplanting.
