“全员化、信息化”视角下高校就业信息服务对策探微

摘　　要：目前高校的就业信息服务在就业信息资源建设、就业人力资源整合、就业信息指导、就业信息系统平台建设等方面存在诸多不足;高校图书馆也未在大学生就业信息服务方面发挥应有的优势。探讨了如何做好高校大学生就业信息服务工作,并向有关部门和高校图书馆提出了若干建议和对策。At present there exists insufficiency in university informative service for the resources construc- tion of employment information, the human resources integration of employment, the guidance information for employment, the construction of information system platform for employment. University library in the information service of university students＇ employment has an advantage. This is to put up some rational suggestions and countermeasures to do a well information service for graduates.
