摘　　要：档案管理的基础工作与现代化管理相辅相成。没有扎实的档案管理的基础工作,档案管理的现代化无从谈起;实施档案管理的现代化模式可以有效促进档案管理的基础工作标准化、规范化、制度化建设,更好地发挥档案的社会和经济效能。Basic work of archives and modern management are complementary. Without the sound basic work of ar- chives, archives management modernization is impossible. The modernization model of archives management may help make its basic work standardized, normalized and systematic so that archives can play a better role in the de- velopment of society and economy.
