摘 要:以硅胶为基体,聚烯丙基胺(PAA)为表面修饰剂,ECH为交联剂,制备了铜表面印迹材料IIP-PAA/SiO2。考察了印迹条件对印迹材料吸附性能的影响,结果为:n(Cu2+):n(N)为0.5,n(ECH):n(N)为0.6,印迹温度323K,时间3h,甲醇为反应介质。合成的IIP-PAA/SiO2材料对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附性能明显优于PAA/SiO2和NIP材料。在相同条件下,印迹材料的铜吸附量达到0.631mmol·g-1,铜锌选择性系数为56.3,相对选择性系数为26.0。另外印迹材料具有再生吸附性能,经过5次吸附-解吸循环后,其吸附容量维持在90.2%以上。Copper surface imprinted materials IIP-PAA/SiO2 was prepared using silica gel as matrix, polyallylamine (PAA)as a surface modification agent,and ECH as a crosslinking agent. The effects of imprinting conditions on adsorption properties of the imprinted materials were examined. The results showed that it was suitable for imprinting conditions of n (CC+) : n(N)0.5, n(ECH) : n(N)0.6, imprinting temperature 323K, time 3h and methanol as reaction mediurrL It was found that there was better adsorption properties for Cu(II)ion on IIP-PAA/SiO2 compared with PAA/SiO2 and NIP materials. Under the same conditions, the adsorption amount of IIP-PAA/SiO2 was 0. 631retool · g 1 for Cu(II), its selectivity coefficient relative to Zn(II)was 56. 3, its relative selectivity coefficient was 26.0. Besides, IIP-PAA/SiO2 had good regeneration properties. Its adsorption efficiency could reach above 90.2% in five adsorption-desorption cycles.
