摘  要:以聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、棕榈酸和硬脂酸二元低共熔物(PA-SA)和多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)为原料,通过静电纺丝的方法制备了新型的PA-SA/PET/MWNTs定形相变复合纤维。研究了强酸处理后的MWNTs对静电纺PA-SA/PET/MWNTs复合相变纤维的形貌结构和储热性能的影响。FT-IR光谱分析表明,强酸处理后在MWNTs的表面成功的引入了羧基(-COOH)官能团。SEM观察表明,随着MWNTs的加入,复合相变纤维表面沟槽变得更加明显且纤维直径明显增大。DSC分析表明了MWNTs的含量对复合相变纤维的熔化焓值和结晶焓值有一定的影响,对熔化温度和结晶温度没有显著性的影响。The composite phase change fibers consisting of polyethylene terephthalate(PET), binary PA-SA eutectic and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs)were successfully prepared by the technique of electrospunning. The effects of acid-treated MWNTs on morphological structures and thermal energy storage property of electrospun PA-SA/PET/ MWNTs composite phase change fibers were studied. The FTIR spectra indicated that the carboxyl(-COOH)groups were introduced to the surfaces of MWNTs after treated by strong acids. The SEM images revealed that the grooves or ridges on the surface of the composite phase change fibers became more obvious with the loading of MWNTs, whilst their fiber diameters significantly larger than those of the PA-SA/PET fibers. The DSC results indicated that the content of MWNTs in the fibers plaied an important role on the enthalpy values of melting and crystallization of the fibers, while it had no significant effect on the temperatures of melting and crystallization.
