摘  要:以埃洛石、海藻酸钠和丙烯酸为功能单体,合成了基于埃洛石的可降解水凝胶复合材料,并用红外、扫描电镜对产物进行了表征,研究了复合材料对铜离子的静态吸附性能。结果表明,埃洛石的含量为10%时,在溶液pH=5.5,铜离子浓度为0.02mol/L,温度为30℃的条件下,其对铜离子的最大吸附容量为263.3mg/g。复合材料对铜离子的吸附符合准二级吸附动力学方程和朗格缪尔吸附等温线方程,对吸附热力学的研究结果表明:该复合材料对铜离子的吸附为放热过程,且是自发行为。Biodegradable hydrogel composites based on halloysite was synthesized with halloysite, acrylic acid,acrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol as the functional monomers, and the composite was characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The statical adsorption behavior for copper ion was studied. The results showed that the maximum static saturated adsorption capacity reached 263.3mg/g when the concentration of HNTs was 10%, the optimum pH value was 5.5, the concentration of copper ion was 0.02mol/L, and the optimum temperature was 30℃. The adsorption kinetics was better described by the pseudo-second order equation,and their adsorption isotherms were better fitted for the Langmuir equation. The studies on the thermodynamics showed that the adsorption of copper ion onto biodegradable hydrogel composites was the exothermic process and occured automatically.
