慢性心功能不全与气虚血瘀相关性及补气化瘀汤联合西药治疗对照观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察慢性心功能不全与气虚血瘀相关性及补气化瘀汤联合西药治疗疗效。[方法]使用对照方法,将538例住院患者按住院号末位奇偶数分为两组,对照组187例,扩血管、抗炎、吸氧、限钠、休息、营养心肌等常规西药治疗,治疗组351例,西药治疗同对照组,自拟补气化瘀汤1剂/d。观测气虚证、血瘀证的临床症状的发生率及变化。均连续治疗15d为1疗程。连续治疗1疗程(15d),判定疗效。[结果]538例均存在气虚,血瘀为189例,四肢倦怠发生率100%,食纳差发生率为76.2%,少气懒言发生率86.2%,舌淡暗、脉象细涩发生率35.1%。临床症状、体征平均消失时间治疗组(14.2±0.28)d,对照组(18.1±0.36)d,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补气化瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性心功能不全效果满意,病程缩短,可预防难治性心衰发生。[ Objective ] To investigate the correlation with chronic heart failure QDBS Buqi Huayu decoction combined with Western medicine therapy. The observed incidence of clinical symptoms of qi deficiency, blood stasis and change. Are continuous treatment of 15d as a course of treatment. Continuous treatment regimen （15 days） to determine efficacy. [ Results]538 cases there are qi deficiency, blood stasis for 189 cases, 100% of the incidence of limb fatigue, food anorexia incidence rate of 76.2% , less gas lazy words 86.2% of the incidence of light and dark, tongue, pulse astringent inci- dence of 35.1%. Clinical symptoms and signs of average disappearance time of the treatment group （ 14.2 ± 0.28） days in the control group （ 18.1 ± 0.36） days, the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Buqi Huayu decoction combined with Western medicine treatment of chronic heart failure effect of satisfaction, shorten the course of the disease, can prevent the incidence of refractory heart failure.
