柴胡疏肝散加味联合西药治疗胆囊单纯切除术后胆道功能紊乱综合征对照观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散加味联合西药治疗胆囊单纯切除术后胆道功能紊乱综合征疗效。[方法]使用对照研究方法,将150例胆囊单纯切除术后住院患者以3:2比例按入院顺序查随机数字表随机分为两组。对照组60例西药消炎对症治疗,切口拆线后消炎药停用。治疗组90例西药治疗同对照组。柴胡疏肝散加味(柴胡10g,枳壳10g,香附10g,白芍30g,郁金15g,到豆子15g,川芎10g,甘草10g,瓦楞子30g,白术10g,泽兰10g)水煎,100mL/次,2次/d,术后第3天起连续服用1个月。观测临床症状、肝功能、胆总管宽度。连续治疗30d,随访6个月判定疗效。[结果]临床症状、肝功能、胆总管宽度两组均有明显改善,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散加味联合西药治疗胆囊单纯切除术后胆道功能紊乱综合征,效果显著,优于单纯西医治疗。[ Objective] To observe the fumatory scattered flavored ShuGan joint wstern medicine therapy gallbladder simple function disorder after resection of the biliary syndrome curative effect. [ Method ] Use con- trol study method, 150 patients with cystic resection of hospitalized patients with simple 3 -2 in proportion to check list of figures hospital order random randomly divided into two groups. The control group 60 cases of western medicine antiphlogistic symptomatic treatment, take out stitches incision after discontinuation antiphlo- gistic drug. The treatment group 90 examples western medicine therapy with those in the control group. Shu- Gan radix scattered flavored （radix 10g, ZhiKe 10g, nutagrass flatsedge rhizome 10g, officinale 30g, turmeric 15g, beans 15g, ligustici chuanxiong rhizoma 10g, liquorice 10g, corrugated 30g, son large -headed atrac- tylodes 10g,Zelan 10g） water frying, 100 mL/time, 2 times a/d, the third consecutive days after taking a month. Observe clinical symptoms, liver function, bravery manager width. Continuous treatment 30d, were followed up for 6 months judge curative effect. [ Result ] The clinical symptoms, liver function and bravery manager width both groups were obviously improved, the curative effect of treatment group was better than con- trol group （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] Was ShuGan scattered flavored joint western medicine therapy gallblad- der simple function disorder after resection of the biliary syndrome, remarkably, only better than western medi- cine treatment.
