“西医治病、中医治症”理念与恶性肿瘤综合治疗

摘　　要：疾病是各种致病因素作用于人体,人体正气与之抗争而引起的机体阴阳失调、脏腑组织损伤、生理功能失常或心理活动障碍的一个完整的生命过程,症是症状和体征的总称,是疾病过程中表现出来的个别、孤立的现象,可以是病人异常的主观感觉或行为表现(恶寒发热、恶心呕吐、烦躁易怒等),也可以是医生检查病人时发现的异常征象(舌淡苔白、脉细数等);是判断疾病、辨别证候的主要依据,因其是疾病个别现象,未必完全能反映疾病和证候的本质。"西医治病"是在《NCCN指南》的指导之下,正确使用手术、化疗、放疗、生物治疗和分子靶向治疗等技术对肿瘤进行综合性治疗。"中医治症"是针对恶性肿瘤患者在疾病发展或治疗过程中所出现的某些症状或不良反应,运用中医学辨证施治的原则进行正确的处方用药,并结合中医学之理疗、情志疗法等技术,以消除临床症状、增强机体免疫力为治疗总则。以此中西医结合理念指导临床对恶性肿瘤的治疗可获满意效果。Disease is a full life process caused by the opposition between vital Qi and variety of pathogenic factors in the human body. The opposition could result in the bodyg yin and yang imbalance, damage of organs and tissues, physiological dysfunction or psychological barriers. Symptoms are the individual and isolated phe- nomenon that in disease process and Symptoms can be patient ＂s abnormally subjective feeling or behavior （chills and fever, nausea and vomiting, irritability, etc. ） or can be abnormal signs （light white tongue, weakly and rapid pulse, etc. ） which are found by doctors. Symptoms are the main basis to determine the dis- ease and syndrome ; however they are not able to reflect the nature of diseases and syndromes because they are just isolated phenomenon. ＂ Diseases therapy with Western Medicine＂ means the proper use of surgery, chem- otherapy, radiotherapy, biological therapy and molecular targeted therapy on tumors comprehensive treatment under the guidance of the ＂ NCCN Guidelines＂. ＂ Symptoms elimination with Traditional Chinese Medicine＂ means the proper use of prescription drugs, Chinese medicine treatments, and emotional therapy to eliminate the patients＂ symptoms and adverse reactions under the principles of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chi- nese medicine. The general provisions of ＂ Symptoms elimination with Traditional Chinese Medicine＂ are to e- liminate the clinical symptoms and enhance immunity. We will get satisfactory results in clinical treatment of cancer under the guidance of the thought of Treatment with Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medi- cine together.
