摘　　要：抑郁、焦虑等各种精神因素在疾病发生、发展中的作用凸显,特别是在胃肠功能性疾病中占据重要地位。心神失调为主者,治病求本、调心治胃,以柴胡桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤加减;脾胃运化失调者,以旋覆代赭汤加减。胃肠疾病多虚实夹杂,以实证为主,实则肝郁气滞、横逆犯胃,虚乃脾胃虚弱,治疗时应兼顾虚实两方面,当以疏肝和胃,兼以益气健脾。审证求因、疏肝和胃,实证以柴胡疏肝汤加减,虚证以六君子汤加减。Depression, anxiety and other mental factors in disease, and highlighted the role of development, especially in the gastrointestinal functional diseases occupy an important position.
