摘　　要：目的了解护生职业安全认知和防护现状，探讨其对护理教育的意义。方法采用自制问卷调查表对100名妇产科实习护生进行职业防护认知情况调查。结果98名护生中40人接受过职业防护知识方面的教育，44人能正确运用六步洗手法，13人能正确回答医疗垃圾分类，50％以上的护生能正确处理锐器，28．6％的护生不知道接触患者血液、体液及其污染物品时采取防护措施，50％以下的护生不知道皮肤破损时需采取防护措施和发生暴露后的正确处理方法。结论医学院在护理理论教学时应开展职业防护教育；医院在护生进入临床实习之前，应加强职业防护知识的相关培训，确保护生能严格执行全面性的防护措施，预防职业危险事件的发生。Objective To study the status of occupational safety cognition and protection of nursing students in order to explore its significance for nursing education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigated 98 nurses students and analysed their status of occupational safety recognition and protection. Results There were 40 people had the occupational prevention training, 44 people washed hands exactly by the six steps, 13 people know clearly the classification of medical rubbish among the studied 98 nurses students. Above 50% nurses students disposed sharp instruments rightly, 28.6% nurses students had not know to took preventive measures against the blood, body fluids and dangerous chemicals, and almost 50% had not took preventive measures and even not know the right solution when had skin damage. Conclusions To ensure the nurses students can follow the measures of occupational safety strictly and avoid dangerous medical affairs, medical college should have the relating courses, and the hospital should carry out the occupational protection training before they start their clinical practice.
