胸痹1号合剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胸痹1号合剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将90例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组30例。对照组予常规西药治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加服胸痹1号合剂。观察两组治疗后心脏病发作次数、持续时间和程度、临床症状缓解情况及心电图变化情况。结果治疗组症状总有效率、心电图总有效率分别为95．0％、90．0％，均优于对照组的76．7％、73．3％（x2=9．7、7．8，均P〈0．05）。结论胸痹1号合剂能有效改善冠脉供血，减轻心肌缺血，缓解冠心病心绞痛胸闷、胸痛等症状，对冠心病心绞痛治疗安全、有效。Objective To explore the effect of Xiongbiyihao mixture in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods 90 coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris were divided into the treatment group （60 cases） and control group（30 cases）. The control group was given routine western medicine therapy, and the treatment group was administered with Xiongbiyihao mixture at the base of the control group. After treat- ment, the heart disease attack frequency, duration, and degree, clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram changes of the two groups were observed. Results The total efficiency symptoms of and electrocardiogram of the treatment group was 95.0% ,90.0%, respectively, and was higher than that of the control group （76.7 %, 73.3 % ） （X2 = 9.7, X2 = 7.8, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Xiongbiyihao mixture could effectively improve the coronary blood, reduce myocardial ische- mia, and alleviate the symptoms of angina pectoris, chest tightness, chest pain. It is safe and effective in tile treatment of angina pectoris, and worthy of clinical application.
