复方黄芪浸膏对大鼠实验性肝损伤的影响

摘　　要：借助在大鼠皮下注射四氯化碳制遣出实验性肝损伤动物模型。在四氯化碳组,动物的SGPT和肝脏的组织学变化呈现明显的异常,而在药物保护组上述变化明显减轻。结果表明.复方黄芪浸膏可以阻断或减轻肝脏的损伤性变化。The experimental study was carried out on experimental hepatic injury in rats by Chinese Herbs' Compound Huangqi Extract' (CHQE). The results showed that SGPT and hepatic histological changes in the control group induced by tetrachlirme- thane(CC1_4) were abnormal obviously. CHQE decreased SGPT level and had a marked protection to hepatic tissue. It might be concluded that CHQE had remarkable liver- protective action.
