摘 要:目的利用我国男性实测身高、体重和体表面积数据,拟合得出适用于我国男性人群皮肤体表面积的计算模型。方法采用覆盖法对常州大学1008名男性新生体表面积进行测量,同时测量其身高和体重,根据最小二乘法的方法原理,对身高、体重和体表面积的实测值进行拟合。结果调查对象平均身高为170.75cm,体重为65.48奴,体表面积为1.716m^2。拟合得出了系数优化的新建Dubois模型和Stevenson模型,新建立模型与实测值的偏差分别为-1.01%~1.27%和-1.19%~1.36%,均小于其他Dubois模型和Stevenson模型的偏差。结论新建的Dubois模型更加适合估算我国男性成人皮肤体表面积,更能提高健康风险评价的准确性。Objective The measured height, weight and surface area of Chinese male adults were used to fit calculation model which suited to calculate the surface area of Chinese male adults. Methods The body surface area of 1 008 male students in Changzhou University was measured with cover method, meanwhile, the heights and body weights were also measured. Based on the least square method, the measured values of height, weight and body surface area were fitted. Results The average height of respondents was 170.75 cm, the average weight was 65.48 kg, and the average body surface area was 1.716 m2. The new Dubois model and Stevenson model with optimized coefficients were obtained, the deviations between the new models and measured values were -1.01%-1.27% and -1.19%-1.36% respectively, both lower than the deviations of other Dubois model and Stevenson model. Conclusion The new Dubois model is more suitable for estimating the dermal surface area of Chinese male adults, which can improve the accuracy of health risk assessment.
