摘 要:随着LED输入功率的不断提高,大耗散功率带来的高发热量及要求高的出光效率给LED散热提出了更高的要求。脉动热管与常规的散热技术相比,具有高效、结构简单、传热性能好等优点。本文主要通过板式脉动热管对大功率LED散热实验,对热管壁面温度及LED发光强度随时间的变化特征进行了研究。实验结果分析表明:板式脉动热管对各功率LED都会产生非常显著的冷却效果。随着LED功率的增大,脉动热管的启动时间逐渐减短,热阻也呈下降趋势。在理论方面,通过建立LED板式脉动热管水冷理论模型,发现板式脉动热管的热阻是影响LED结温高低的重要因素。With the input power of LEDs increasing, large heat flux brought by the high power dissipation and high luminous efficiency all require a higher demand to the dissipation of LEDs. Compared with conventional cooling technology, there are many advantages to using Plate PHP such as high efficiency, simple structure, and good heat transfer performance. In this paper, a LEDs Plate PHP cooling experiment was carried out. According to the temperature variation of the heating surface of the Plate PHP and the luminous intensity variation of LEDs, the results show that Plate PHP has a very significant cooling effect on different power of LEDs. The start-up time of Plate PHP decreases with the power of the LEDs, and the thermal resistance of Plate PHP becomes insignificant. Additionally, an equivalent thermal resistance model of a high power LEDs Plate PHP water cooling system has been built and the thermal resistance of the Plate PHP was found to have a great effect on the LED junction temperature.
